Proforma A: First-Time & On-going Projects

When to use: Used for newly initiated or ongoing R&D projects to report investigation methodology, progress schedule, interim findings, and IRC utilization potential.

Proforma B: Completed Projects

When to use: Used when a project is completed to report final technical conclusions, field applications, and recommendations for revision of IRC Codes & Specifications.

Proforma C: Post-Graduation & Ph.D. Theses

When to use: Used by academic scholars and faculty at IITs, NITs, and universities to report M.Tech and Ph.D. thesis findings across laboratory and field investigations.

Proforma D: Consultancy, Contractor & Concessionaire R&D

When to use: Used by consultancy firms, contractors, and concessionaires to report field problem-solving during construction and in-service performance of new materials or technologies.

IRC Editorial & Technical Committee verifies and reviews submitted research, grants formal approval, and moves records to the national archive and annual report.

IRC verifies submitted proforma data and institutional endorsement details.

02. Editorial & Technical Review

IRC Editorial & Technical Committee reviews research findings and formally approves the record.

03. Archive & Report Inclusion

Moves approved research to the National Archive and includes it in the annual GRRR volume.
